Festive Club Day at Oaksey
Great to see so many Wheelers at our festive club day at Oaksey this morning, despite the miserable weather and the winds but it didn’t dampen our festive spirits as lot of people drove out but a few hardy members cycled out braving two wheels over four.
There were lots of festive jumpers worn and other decorations on show, which made it much more the merrier.
The food provided by the Oaksey team was great, with bacon, egg, sausage and egg available with normal and gluten free rolls. The choice of cakes, all home made was incredible, coffee and a various amount of teas were also made available.
Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves as it was a time to relax and talk with others members and as it was so successful it will probably be the same venue again next year?
A big thank you to the committee for putting it together and also to the Oaksey staff who worked hard throughout .
Hopefully we can get some club rides in before the festive break but for those who we don’t see before, have a great time & look forward to doing it all again in 2024 .
