At the Rat Trap, Charliiy Berry the new Swindon Wheelers coach, met up with just over 20 club members, and highlighted the support she plans to offer members this year.
She also did a mentoring session for the Club Race team, Charliiy plans to offer sessions through the year on issues such as….
- Bike skills…drinking/eating while riding *Riding out of the saddle/balance issues
- Nutrition on rides/longer distances
- Riding in a group efficiently
- Improving mental health while riding
- Focusing on Road, Crits and TT

Charliiy has raced at National level in the UK and around Europe since 2019, she is also a Physiotherapist as well as Cycling coach. Charliiy will be racing for the Wheelers in the shorter National CTT events as well as local time trials such as Latton and Hard-riders.
