Swindon Wheelers Xmas Breakfast ride (yes we know it’s still technically November!) to the “Unhenged cafe” in Avebury, there were six groups out, all going different routes to meet together for our first club day for some time, its was a great turn out from the members, approximately 60 and it was nice to see some who couldn’t cycle drive out, it was great to meet up again after a bit of a hiatus of club days due to various reasons.

We were blessed with the mildest day we’ve had for sometime and for some shorts were the order of the day, when the riders arrived several were covered in mud as the roads were filthy!

Big thanks to the cafe staff who made everything run smoothly and it was the most organised café that we have been to. The Clubhouse at Avebury – Home of Unhenged Cafe and Avebury Sports & Social Club
